At Pinto Reconnect, we believe true reintegration begins when a person regains something much deeper than space: the ability to choose their future.

That’s where vocational training comes in. Yes, it’s about learning a trade—carpentry, welding, agriculture, technology, or any other practical skill. But it’s also about much more.

Many of our workshop participants arrive after years of feeling undervalued. Some never had the chance to learn at their own pace, to build something with their own hands, or to see their work valued by others.Every tool they use, every piece they finish, is a silent declaration: “I can.”
